As a Leadership Training participant, you are required to meet ALL the financial obligations of the LT program. Failure to do so may result in early departure from the LT Program. Any unpaid balances will result in ineligibility to participate in future Great Commission Ministries-sponsored events.

Sponsors and Fundraising

Once GCM accepts you into the LT program, you can choose to raise financial support through sponsorships to cover your LT program fees. You will receive support raising guidelines and helps as part of your acceptance email.

Those of you finding sponsors to help cover your LT program fees are responsible to meet the same payment schedule.

Program Costs

The program cost of Virginia Beach LT 2012 is $2,250 excluding the application fee ($25, $50 or $75 depending on when you apply). This fee covers all your program costs for the summer, as well as other costs associated with the training. The payment schedule consists of five relatively equal summer installments (see payment schedule below). If you have any problems meeting the payment schedule, please call us. Together we can look at the possibility of setting up an alternative payment plan to cover the program costs.

Program Deposits

LT has limited participant space! To ensure your space at LT, you must send in a Program Deposit of $300 by April 30. GCM cannot guarantee you a spot until we receive your deposit. If we have not received your program deposit by the April 30 deadline, you may be placed on a waiting list.

Payment Schedule

VA Beach LT accepts personal checks and money orders for the Program Deposit and all payments throughout the summer (made out to GCM).

You can pay the full $2,250 by April 30 if this is an easier option for you.

Late Fees

If you foresee that you will have any problems meeting the payment schedule, please call us immediately. Together we can look at the possibility of setting up an alternative payment plan to cover the program costs.

If you miss a payment deadline and you have not made arrangements with GCM, you will be assessed a late fee of $25 per payment. Failure to make a payment deadline may result in GCM suspending your participation in the program.

NSF Fees

Please make sure that you have sufficient funds to cover each payment.

If you use a personal check for payments and there are insufficient funds in your checking account, GCM will charge you a $25 NSF fee.
